  4. Cough for past 10 days. For 3 year old?

Cough for past 10 days
My kid is having cough for past 10 days.while sleeping its more, otherwise its very less. Doctor prescribed omnacortil syrup for 3 days, ascoril LS and Moxclav BD antibiotic. Is omnacortil safe for 3 year old??

If the cough is due allergic it can be used in hyper reactive air way diseases. Yes it can be used
