Child Health Issues

My daughter has completed 8 months and 6 days today..water is coming from her nose since afternoon and has been sneezing quite a few times..i gave her sinarest af drops 2 ml instead of sinarest syrup 2 ml mistakenly..only 1 dose has been given as of now out of 3 dose  and i realised my mistake in1st dose..is there anything to worry? Also adding::::MMR vaccination and 2nd dose of  flu vaccination has been given today morning

For the past 3 days, my 5 month old baby girl has started shivering while she's feeding. It happens ones or twice a day. I reside in Gurgaon. Is this something to do with the weather? Or do I have to be concerned about it? Also, the amount of urine she passes these days is much lower compared to what it was until mid this month. You advise on the above is much appreciated! Hello, My son is down with cold and cough since one week with fever not exceeding 102. I'm giving him paracetmol medicine when his temperature spikes. Since yesterday, i have been noticing that his fever is only on rise when he's asleep. Once he wakes up, his temperature gradually returns to normal and he is active as usual. Please let me know the reason for this and possible home treatment. I'm already giving him sponge bath. Thank you m

My daughter getting continue cough in day or in evening but it's for atleast 30min or 1 hour.while sleeping no cough. Already took 5 days antibiotic and 8 days allegra m syrup as suggested by pediatricians. What should I do .please suggest.
