Swelling at thigh
My daughter is 4 month old.. last wk she had her vaccination done.. then 2days back there was small pimple like thing formed on her left thigh. N their is small nodules at that site n now pus oozes out from it..I drained it well.. but m worried.. is their anything which I should be worried about... no fever.. no other noticable symptom..

Clean the wound with water and savlon and apply a local antibacterial cream like fusidin or bactroban ointment for 3 -4 days
