3 year old girl looks too thin and short
My 3 old daughter weighs 12kg and is 93cm tall. Her hair are also very thin. Is she having stunted growth? Her birth weight was 3.1kg. How to increase body weight and height?

Her weight and height fall within the normal range for her age. For additional food supplements ,give Pediasure. Also add a multivite like Zincovit syrup or Becosule syrup . 5 ml OD till 5 years of age and a vitamin D and calcium supplement like Osteocalcium tab - 1 OD

Dear parents , Don't under estimate. Know the facts 1 birth weight triple in first year of life that is 3.1x3=9.3kg. In next each year weight gain per year is 1kg upto 5th year . 9.3+1+1=11.3kg. Your kid is 12 kg What else you expect. Don't look for others, only know facts. Height at birth if 50cm in 1st year becomes 75cms 2nd year 85cms 3rd year 95cm &at 4years 100cm. Above only if birth Ht is 50cm. &no major illness. Asses your kid status.
