Having motion 5 to 6 times and fever
My nine months baby passing motion after every feed . He lso has teething problem and fever .Doc suggest me to give colpol syrup 5 ml every six hours and oflomac m 5 ml two times but there is no help in motion

Give enterogermina  1vial 2 times a day x 5 days Do stool r/m to rule out infection/Helminth infection If it shows infection then proper antibiotics are recommended.

Switch to Nusobee Casein milk, Enterogermina 1 twice a day, Z and D drops 1 ml & Enuff 10 1 sachet daily for 5 days. In case of any of the following danger signs, visit the nearby clinic : 1. Severe Vomiting 2. Marked reduction in urine output 3. Develops high grade fever 4. Decrease in alertness 5. Develops very watery or bloody stools

Plz give only 2 medicine Enterogermina vial of 5 ml twice 5 day Z&d drop 1 ml once for 14 day

You can continue the same medicine. Along with that give econorm sachets one in the morning and one in the night .Don’t worry if the child is active make him drink lots of water. You can wait for two more days if not settling or getting worse consult
