Wt is appropriate for age..Zincovit drops - 1 ml - once daily ll give you 400 IU of Vitamin D..so, no need to give additional Vitamin D drops.. Continue Tonoferon drops - 0.7 ml - once daily..

A baby usually triples the birth weight by 1 year of age . So your baby's weight is appropriate as per her age and is likely to pick up in the next 12 months to be at par with other normal birth weight kids.  It is ok to continue these supplements along with weaning food as your baby is 11 minths of age

Zincovit is a multivitamin,  u can continue it , it doesn't have side effects.  Weight is ok as per her birth weight,  she was a low birth weight baby so u can not compare her weight with other kids whi were born with 3.5 kg birth weight. She is growing well , dont worry.
