P 250 how much ml for 1year one month baby and weight is 10.2kg pls suggest.my baby is having fever from past two days

My son is 2 months. Ever since birth I'm noticing he doesn't cry much during a vaccine or anything that should supposedly be causing him pain. He seems to cry out of fear and not out of pain. During the 6th week vaccine, he cried only when the vaccine was injected and later showed no sign of pain. We had done a tongue tie and lip tie procedure for him yesterday and was advised that he might be cranky for 2 days because of the pain but he was slightly cranky only yesterday before latching only. From today he's showing no sign of pain. Is this normal?

My son's age is 2 years. He is getting sudden fever. It started today around 10 am. Giving meftol p 3.5 ml as suggested by doctor in every 6 hours. Fever goes down after giving meftol. In case fever comes within an hour or 2 after meftol dose then can i also give crocin syrup 5 ml dose because for medtol p i would need to wait for another 6 hours from last dose given. I do not know what is baby's weight right now but it was 10.58 kg when last checked in January 2020. Now mu baby is 2 years ild.

Hi Doctor My baby is 2.5 months old. Due to unavoidable circumstances of covid -19, we have delayed 10 weeks  vaccination of baby by 21 days. Is it fine to give vaccine with 21 days delay. Vaccine - Dtwp, IPV, HIV2, Rotavirus
