  4. BABY FEVER RELATED. It really a fever?

BABY FEVER RELATED
Dear doctor, The age of my baby is 28 days. I have measured the baby's temperature using infrared thermometer on forehead and showing 101.2 degree ferrenhight . Though by touching such high temperature is not feels. Is it really a fever? Or infrared thermometer is not ok for baby. Though baby is not crying and taking breast milk very well. Kindly guide me whether I need to worry.

Check with digital thermometer in armpit...

U can recheck once again and cross check with digital thermometer but anyways there is nothing wrong in giving one dose of paracetamol if u can feel warm on touching the baby
