Baby has fever and grinding teeth
My baby is 9.5 months old and since 2-3 days baby is grinding teeth on and off. And since yesterday afternoon baby has fever 99.1,99.9 and fever coming in 4 hours. But baby has no other symptoms.

If the baby is active then there is nothing to worry about. Viral fever is most common and goes away in 3 to 4 days. Wipe the body with lukewarm water. Give paracetamol drops if more than 100 F. Grinding of teeth is a common habit and should go away on its own.
