Hi need assistance in evaluating my 11 month baby urine culture report 2 days ago he had high fever and we were asked to get the urine culture done

My daughter is 4.5 months old and she did potty 4 to 5 times per day as like curd and also notice some hairs in her potty. I noticed pressed noise while breastfeeding... Why such noise? Pls suggest
