1.What is the age of pre-pubertal, mid-peubartal and puberty? 2. My daughter age is 9 years and she has 47 kg weight. Is it ok to have in pre-pubertal stage?

Weight is more than her age... Puberty depends upon the mother's puberty age mostly, but there is some variation also...puberty is different for different girl..
