Which Multivitamins or any good food supplement I should give to my son age 13-14 year . Kindly guide me

My son is having fever of around 99-100'F since yesterday. We have given crocin syrup 5 ml in morning and checked fever evry 2 hours . Fever is max 99 or less than 97 everytime. Shall we continue crocin syrup or condition need more medical attention

We got vaccinated my baby 3 days ago. Its 4th day. Swelling not yet gone on thigh. Feels hard to touch. Its about 2.5cm diameter. Vaccine is dtp and some others as per schedule for 1.5 yr old. Is it normal?

Hi doctor, My 5 months old baby has loose motion problem since last 3 days, no vomitting no tiredness. Now the problem is his bum got hurted because of wiping the motion often.. It looks heavy red in the area where motion comes. Pls advice. Still he has loose motion issue it's so scary to me to touch the area when it needs cleaning.. And he is crying for the pain

Baby age 1yr and 7months. We put vaccination on 3rd June. Without pain injection only put. He got fever on 5th June. 2 days we gave paracetamol syrup and he was perfectly alright. But again from today morning he is having fever. Head to toe fully heat and then it's become normal. Then again body is heat then coming down.. sometimes coughing also. What is the reason? Is this because of vaccination or what? Kindly reply me briefly. Thanks

On 13th may my 7 month old son got his first dose of influenza vaccine it's second dose is due. Is there any problem if it gets a bit delayed.

Every morning my baby temperature increases higher on right hand and lower on left hand. It reduces at evening. Is there any problem on it

My 6 month baby arch backwards and cry during breast feeding in inclined position. During night feeds are normal but during day it is very difficult. Also during bottle feeding or spoon feeding eighther milk or solid she prefers flat position because in inclined position she cries and arch back. Why is it so. When bottle feeding she doesn't take more than 50-60 ml and then she refuses. Then I spoon feed her.

My daughter is 2 months old. History is that she was born in 8.5 months, then developed jaundice which was very high and treated under photo therapy. She cries a lot and that too inconsolable, but from late evening till morning... In the day time, it is relatively much lesser... Actually, she farts a lot and whenever she does so, she cries... But is this possible that colic problems increase at night ? We are giving her colic medicine as prescribed by doctor but not of much use. Should i worry with this situation? Please advise

Hello Please advise me best multivitamins or minerals syrup for my 4 year old kid, without any side effects . He is very fussy eater.  I am worried. How to give him proper vitamin c and other proteins.
