Child Health Issues

My son 2 and half year old is having rashes on neck and hands since last 2 weeks. No fever and no changes in any food intake, he is active too. The rashes are sometimes itchy on the shoulders area,rashes on hands are less and he doesn't itch as well on the hands. Attaching few pics for reference. PS: I give him a spoon of ginger honey at night time. Mentioning this to rule out any possibility of dryness due to ginger.

My sister daughter born 2nd June 2020. Since today's morning she is continuously crying and not at sleeping. She is constantly urinating and going to loose motion whenever she is drinks mothers milk. Her eyes are also green. Child's mother took last day  evening dulcolex .

Mainly she regularly use to attend online classes since a more than a month. Usually she use to study 4 hour's regularly.

Hi doctor My baby is 3 months old. From past 1 week she is crying for sometime which will vary the duration.she is lifting her legs up when she is awake. Her legs will be rested only when she sleeps. She will make sound when i burp her after feed. If i touch her stomach she wont cry. Can you tell me is it colic ? What are the signs if colic?
