My daughter weight and height not increasing. She is now 2yrs 6 months but still weight just 12 kgs and also height not growing

My son is 4 months old. He is completely top feeding. He has too much addiction of putting fingers in his mouth. Its been increased these days. Almost all the time he is putting fingers in mouth when he is awake.at times he is getting cough and vomit also because of this. I am trying to reduce it but no use. though i clean his hands often but today i saw thread and hair in his stool. How to reduce this habit? what are the things i can do to reduce this.please advice.
