My baby got high fever so doctor wrote meftol p syrup 4 ml in every 6 hours( repeat only if fever comes) and antibiotic like taxim O I just wanted your help to get clarity on below 2 queries 1) does meftol p syrup has paracitamol? 2) after todays dose of medtol p , its been 6 hours and not seen much fever. Right now it is exactly 99'F so shall i give meftol p ir wait for fever to rise?

Could you please someone urgently advise what will happen if a kid swallowed closed safety pin by mistake? We tried giving him more bananas and liquids but in the motion it didn't come. Should we need to worry? Should we need to go to hospital emergency? He has no stomech pain complaints either.

Hello Doctor, My 9 year old is due for vaccination. He is current suffering with cold, there was temperature of 101, 2 days ago, only at night and came under control with crocin by next morning, though the cold persists. Hello Today I went outside and I wear gloves and after coming home while wearing gloves I hold disinfectant bottle and clean all items.. and then I put that bottle over there and after an hour my two year old touched that bottle and when I see I wash her hand... And give her lemon water warm... I don't know whether she touch her mouth or not before hand wash... Just help me...
