Common cold
My son is 3.4 years old . He was very active but 1 week back he had common cold. No fever till now . Consulted his doctor . Didn't prescribe any medicine . Now my son is not feeling well . Don't eat much . Specially breakfast he didn't eat anything . He has blocked nose and cough inside so any medicine or remedies is there which can I apply for him? Thanks in advance

It's looking like common cold Please use cetrizine 5 ml once at night for 3 days For nose block-  can use nasoclear drop 2 drop both nostril three times daily for 3 days then on as needed basis
