How do I know my 1 year old son have autism or any disorder? He does not respond to his name. I am bit concern about it. How can I diagnose this type of disorder. Any advice from your side. Thank you

Autistic children show lack of social interaction and display obsessive behaviour and repetitive actions.

The first signs of autism and other developmental disorder is poor eye contact, poor social smile , regression of milestones , language and speech delay, head banging, temper tantrums , hyperactivity, no interest in toys , repitition if words in a sentence.

Hi, Needs to get a detailed developmental history of the child Very important to know detailed developmental milestones If child is not responding, he needs ENT opinion to evaluate hearing, paediatrician should examine child in detail
