3 years old son having fever 100.4
My 3 years old son is having fever 100.4 since last night. We are giving sumo L 120 every 4 hours. Some time fever come down to 99 and goes back to 101. No other symptoms like sneezing, coughing, vomit. Should I continue Sumo L 120 or change it?

Fever of one day that too in mild grade - need only paracetamol on as needed basis . Give plenty of fluid and maintain good hydration . Wait for other symptom to evolve as viral fever tend to remain for 3-4 days max ,after which if persistent we may need investigation and treatment
