Hi doctor How many times i need to feed  both milk and other food to my 6 months old baby. What kind of food and fruits i can start with ? Can i give multigrain cerelac made at home? What should be preferable time to give homemade cerelac and any fruit? Thanks

As baby is just 6 months old try giving 2 or 3 times of complementary feed during day time and can continue breast feeding as previously, initially it's better to start with stewed apple or boiled carrot puree.. Any new food u give please don't introduce any other new food for the next 3 days so as to know the source if at all baby develops any allergy. Carrot, beetroot, banana, avocado , apple, sweet potato, pear u can try intially one after the other and then can try in combinations. Multigain u can start after 7 -8 months

Food 2-3 times and then gradually increase to 6-7 times and reduce milk according. Multigrain after 8 months. You can give all vegetables and all fruits deseed and mashed
