My baby age 9 month old she having fever since yesterday afternoon 101 to 102 temperatures 3 times crocin given fever recurring again now also same temperature. What shoud i do? Baby having only fever no other symptoms

Hello Doctor, My daughter 3 year old and weighing 14kg,she is having fewer from last night.Last night I gave mefkind 6ml,upto today 8pm there was no fewer now she is feeling 101F fewer and consulted government doctor,they gave Dolo 250,I gave 6ml of Dolo 250.. How many days should I continue Dolo 250? Please reply doctor

My baby is 76 days old. We are from kerala. In our culture we normally done ear piercing within 28 days from the born of the baby. But my baby weight is low in the time. So we decided to stop the function. Now my baby weight is 4kg. She is active always but sometimes she is not drinking mother milk properly but sometimes she taken.
