Hello. Yellow eyes at 7 days of life can be clinical jaundice. The baby needs direct evaluation to decide if blood test for jaundice is needed or not. Hence, please consult your pediatrician.

It's treatment depends on level of jaundice.
Bilirubin levels.MBG,BBG.
