Child Health Issues

My baby girl born with birth weight 2.8 kg but she is small fir gestational age with only abdominal circumference lagging by 3 weeks..rest all measurements were fine.... I had csectuon due to uterine fibroid so even though baby is in cephalic doctor had to take her out in breech positiin..there was no cry immediately and apgar is 4-6-8-10 in 5 mins..Today she is 3 mnths 10 days old and weight is 4.6 kg... Since last ten days she is taking feed only for 5 mins but she smiles and coos a lot and looks active.. Urine output is more than 6 times but is pale yellow sometimes.. Last mnth it used to be colourless.. She is on exclusive breastfeeding.. From the time she is around 3 mnths, instead of feeding her focus is more on surroundings.. Iam worried about her weight.. Pls help

Hi, my son is just 1 month old and has chest congestion. I had been to a nearby pedestrian, but she didn't prescribed any medication as there is no fever or running nose. It has been 2 days and the congestion isn't letting my son sleep peacefully. Please suggest.

Hello. My daughter is 4.5 yrs old. She has been having pale poop on and off. She has pain before passing gas. It was very recurrent earlier. Now it's mostly twice or thrice a day. She also has secondary lactose tolerance. She ha s just been toilet trained and poops everyday now. Sometimes twice. But when she poops the second time, she sometimes says pain in tummy which goes away after pooping or passing gas. She's healthy otherwise. She had a lot of tummy issues earlier. With loose motion and abdominal cramps  and constipation and I had to give her antibiotics and lactihep. That was a month back though. Now she's only on probiotics. If she has spinach her poop is pale  and green cos of the veg. Can I give her digestive enzyme or should I wait and watch.  Please advice. I'm very anxious.  Thank you.

My 5 month old baby has a cough, and slightly elevated temperature (no fever). We have hot and highly humid climate, but gets cooler at night. Baby is sweating a lot. How should I dress her in this situation? Also is it okay to give her a bath?

My question is from 9 days we using almost 54 times... Us their any side effects using this much..? Please give suggestions...

Hello ..my baby is 20 days old ,since yesterday she is passing green colour poop..4-5 days back she had gas problem also so we gave colicaid to her..so green colour poop is normal?? Or something to wry..kindly help
