102.8 fever since yestdy I startd giving meftal syp 5ml but not reducing it's reducing and again after 8hrs occurring what to do ? I am giving augmentin dds along with this the fever is not curing

My 13.5 year old son has got cold, cough and mild fever. If I want to give him sinarest or crocin cold and flu tablets can I give or do I need to use sinarest syrup? His weight is 45 kg.

My daughter who is 2 years of age, weight 10 kg was having fever since 2 days, given her paracetamol,250 mg 5 ml in a single dose 5 times a day, is it a worrisome overdose, if yes what to do further, right now fever returning back after 5-6 hours of dose, though no other issue.

My niece aged 9 months suffering from worm itching and she is not sleeping properly. August month we have admited in hospital for 5 days and they have given medicine through injection  for worm and stomach infection, they have told us because of Aavin milk. Now again for the past two days she suffers a lot. Here heavy rain so we cannot go out and consult the doctor.

Hi All, My baby was given rotarix vaccine at her 6 weeks and 10 weeks schedule.again yesterday doctor gave her rotarix vaccine 3 rd dose.in the chart it says rota virus vaccine 3 rd dose can be skipped based on brand.asked my paed and he told we can give this vaccine thrice. Is it okay to give 3 rd dose of rotarix vaccine ?will it cause any issue to her if administered thrice to the baby? Please help .thanks in advance.
