Fever since 1 day,
My son had 100.4 temperature since one day,there is no cough and cold,i will give pcm 3 times a day, can i use antibiotic? there is no other symptoms, please suggest me, thank you

There is no need to give paracetamol also.Tepid sponging will work.Give paracetamol if fever goes beyond 100.7 and watch if any other symptoms develop then consult nearby pediatrician.
