4 month old baby
Since last 3 day baby has loose motion not watery..baby has some cold also..before poo he has pain in stomach...I visited the Dr yesterday he has given above drop...after these given baby today start watery loose motion...can these drop are safe or not...baby don't have any other problem ...baby weight at 4 month is 6.7 kg...pls advise should these are ok or not

Please stop biospas and intapeptine
Give only antibiotic if indicated by blood or mucus in stool
Give paediatric ORS which comes in small sachet to be mixed with 200 ml water and give after each loose stool to prevent dehydration
Give syrup zincolife 2.5 ml once a day
Continue breastfeedin
Stop bottle feeds if any
