Pre Mature Baby
Hi
My baby is pre mature. Born on 5th July 21. Date as per doctor was 29th August 21. Femail.
During birth her wait was 1.6kg and as per today her weight is 3.3kg.
Is her growth happen properly. Does her weight is correct. Pls advice.

Hello
Her present weight compared to her birth weight looks ok. As already her birth weight was low, it is roughly adequate at this age.
Please monitor her length and head circumference along with weight every month for better follow up and assessment.

The baby’s growth as per weight gain is adequate
Please check her head circumference which is much more important
Give iron and vitamin d drops
As the baby is preterm you have to do visual and hearing screening

Very poor if only 3.3 kg is achieved in 5 months after birth. If required repeated admission then it's an another issue. Kindly take help ASAP.
