Child Health Issues

Two question 1.  How do I understand baby is crying due to colic (and hence colic drop is to be given)  Or  due to bore   Or due to hungry? 2. Can I give colic drop any time even if baby not crying? Or colic drop should be given only when baby is crying.

Hi my baby is 4 months running now, when she was born her blood level is 13.9 now her blood is 10 what is the reason for reducing her blood level and sometimes she is crying very loudly yesterday also she cried a lot after that we went hospital doctor is doubted on liver spleen all reports came normal I attached reports here plz check once am really worried about my baby health her weight is 3.08 when she was born now her weight is 5.8 i attached birth reports and yesterday report plz check once and tel me is everything normal or not some times she is shaking or vibrating her left leg in sleep I observed 4-5 times in these 3 months and saliva also coming from mouth now a days am very worried about all these symptoms I don't have parents am very scared about my baby plz replu anyone is everything normal or not thanks in advance

My son is 4 months 18 days old form past weeks he is not passing motion after giving suppository after 7 days he poop ed but now the same problem is still continue. How many days should we weight to consult dr? He is only on breast milk. Solid food are not introduced yet.

My baby is 75 days old. I am giving zincovit and vitamin d3 drops to him. What is the best time to give him these drops and whether I need to give these two drops in morning. Now a days he is vomiting once zincovit is given.
