Having fever and cough for my son
Having fever 3 years old yesterday afternoon onwards fever and vomiting and today he is suffering with cough also. Is it related to COVID-19 . Please let us know

This might be normal flue and may be covid. But the symptoms generally are mild in children. So visit nearest pediatrician for physical check up
