My 15 month daughter was delay in walking, so we have been suggested for MRI, Now MRI impression is " Bilateral descending tonsilar peg herniation seen by about 6mm into upper cervical canal causing mild compression over cervicomedullary junction= s/o Arnold chiari malformation type 1, No evidenceof hydrocephalus seen.No evidence of syrinxseen in upper cervical cord." Now my Question is that is this Curable aur any Difficulties may be occurred in future ... What I have to do in such case

Sir My 2 years 10 months baby voimting since yesterday evening to till now. She has eaten French Fries yesterday and started voimting from then. Now, she is not able to eat or digest anything even mother's milk or water. Please suggest any medicine for stop her voimting.thanks in advance

Hello doctors, I am in a confusion as my baby have 1.5 month old and she is suffering from gas problem because she is on formula feed because mother milk supply is not enough due to this our doctor advised us to give rantac syrup to baby as dose 0.7 twice in a day for 15 days.. as I bought a rantac syrup from market which is blue one but when I search on internet I found that ranrac syrup for infant is different. So please suggest me whether both are same or different. Or for what purpose rantac syrup is widely used. Can this is safe for 1.5 month baby. Images are enclosed please help me.

My son is 13 months old he cries hysterically in malls or airport or even showrooms untill unless I leave that place with him. We live in ac rooms..travel in ac car ..he is fine with it But in malls airport big bazar this happens Is anything wrong with him?? Please help with ur valuable suggestions Thanks in advance

My son is 12 years old and he is autistic. In vitamin profile test report his vitamin b12 value is 263. Is it good enough or does he need supplement? His vitamin d was 7. I gave supplement for 12 weeks (one dose every week) after consulting doctor. I want to know if should continue because there isn't much sun light in the morning in winter. One more thing his uric acid is low 3.59 is this fine? And his alkaline phosphatase value is 263. Does he need a liver test? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
