My son having more rashes around  my baby body, face, hand, legs. It has increasing last one week itching sensation too.. Doctor told sessional dryness might reason. Hence we using oil autumn cream too.. Picture attached.

My grandson 4 yrs old ..no physical problem now..he was born on 32 weeks and has low birth weight..now he is 18 kg ..since last 10 days he can't control urination and wet his pants and during sleeping at night he also wet bed though he is toilet trained..no crying or other problem during urination..no fever or rash..and eats regular foods..needs advice

My 3 yr old son does frequent urination from few days and sometime does forcibly. We did urine routine and it shows 1-3 pus cells and epithelial cells is 4-6. Is this UTI? he doesn't have any other symptoms. He has constipation and on medication.
