Please help dosages and frequency in a day for Kufril syrup for below kids: Kid 1 - age : 2 years, weight: 12 Kid 2 - age: 4 years, weight: 16 Kid 3 - age: 11 years, weight: 42

My daughter is 12 years old and has recently attained puberty. Her hair loss counts to around 30 to 50 per day. Her hair loss started at the age of 11 itself. Consulted a paediatric, she gave biotin tablet. Hair fall stops when it is taken and again starts when stopped. Her regular food habit is very nutritious based on the recommendation of nutritionist. Please advise which specialist to be consulted.

My daughter has grade 4 reflux. She was diagnosed at 1.5 years. V had follow up after one year now she is 2.5 years. Mcug kidney function is normal and reflux is coming down (grade 4 but amount of urine pressure going back is reduced (turbocity)) doctor suggested to wait for 6 months and continue with antibiotics and surgery not needed as of now. Is it ok to wait as I've heard grade 4 needs surgery

Sorry forgot to add attachment...added attachment here..Please check the baby poop color attaches here for refercne.. It is greenish black.. Today we changed from nanpro 2 from nanpro 1 in the evng.. Till afternoon poop was greenish yellow color.. But after changing formula this is the color.. Could that be because of formula change.. She is teething too.. Pls help..temperature is 36 degrees Celsius.. She is active and playing
