Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, actually from the last couple of days my daughter who is about2 keeps itching her private part. She does this when she feels some kind of pain, and now even at times in the night during sleep also she gets up and starts crying. When we saw the private part, we saw redness and blood stain today. We are very worried and don't know what to do as sometimes the pain to her is just unbearable. Please advice as fast as possible. Thank you

Hi my baby is 2 months old. She is 4kgs. She is sleeping a lot for past 2 days. She is not waking up for feeds also. She usually doesn't sleep much during day time. But now she sleeps all the time. She doesn't take much breast milk like before. She falls asleep immediately once starting to feed. She has cold as well. I am worried something might be wrong. Please help

Hi, my son of age 2 years and 12 kg weight, had cold and running nose since 5 days. It's not that severe though. Running nose too is not continuous but few times in a day. Have been giving relent syrup 2.5 ml two times. Cold is not going off. Please advise if dosage or syrup to change?
