My son is 4.5 years old, he constantly falls sick, cold and flu. What should we do to make his immune system stronger.

While brushing my kids teeth, gums near the upper teeth got scratched by the toothbrush. This happened two days before. Now the wound is bothering my kid. It looks like the usual mouth ulcer. Could you please prescribe any cream to apply in the area to soothe his discomfort.

My kid is 1 month old on formula and brest feed both. He is passing 6-7 stools daily from last 7 days with curd like and jelly substance in stool.

My baby's birth weight was 3.3 kg. He suffered from jaundice after a week and undergo 4 days phototherapy with a gap of one week first admitted for two days then again week after for two days. After discharge his weight was 2.97 kg. He gained 800 grams between 1.5 to 2.5 month But he is not gaining weight. He is now 3 months 18 days old. His weight is only 4.5 kg. His weight was 4.2 kg a month ago. Kindly suggest what to do.

My baby girl 2 year 8 months old. She's having cold, cough fever for the past 6 days. Doctor told its viral infection. She's coughing a lot. Doctor said there is no cold in chest. He prescribed timinic, hale free, reinstall syrup. She's also getting reccurent fever. We are giving her paracetamol. How long will viral infection last? He told to give all these syrup 3 times a day.

How much time do we need to feed the baby on each side ? She sometimes feed for 10mins and mostly she sleeps while latching... Then if I keep her down she immediately start crying for milk or else she will sleep for 1hr n then ask again.. this usually happens during day time.. In night, she feeds for more than 25mins on each side of breast and still she cries for milk and doesn't sleep... I don't understand her pattern and in take...

Hi my baby girl birth weight is 2.8kg cureetn weight is 5.5 kg.. She is 4 mnths 28 days old today... She rolled over at 3 mnths 21 days from back to tummy and able to hold her neck and look at us... But when I make her sit or stand upright she doesn't seem to look upright perfectly... Does it take time.. Everybody in my village is asking why is she not able to lift head properly andlook straight at us for long time.. Please help.. Iam very much worried..
