My child is suffering from cold and cough from 5 days doctor prescribed piriton for cold but cold is more no fever ...which cough syrup is recommended I used zyzol but it's now working kindly recommend a cough syrup

My daughter is 3yr8mnth old.since last 1week she is experiencing chest pain early in morning daily at around 5-6am. Pain occurs subsides and then occur again and subsides. No pain in day or night.she had fever last week for 4-5 days had crocin,atarax. According to doctor it was normal viral fever. Recovered in 5 days. Doctor advised junior lanzol and digene for this. We are giving her normal home cooked food. And milk used to be her last meal in the night at around 10:30- 11:00, 1 hr before she sleeps. But this happens daily.what could be the reason? Is this anything to worry about? Any home remedies? As giving junior lanzol or digene to such a small age child is not good.give suggestions asap. Thanks in advance.

Hi Doctor, My baby born on 2nd nov 2021,nd my breast milk is not made yet and doctor suggested for my baby Nan Pro formula. kindly let me know this is enough for my baby and should we need to feed (Nan Pro) my baby in luke warm water or in normal water. Pls suggest me something for breast milk production. Also let you know i m hypo thyroid patient and taking 75 MG of medicine.

She has bumps type on back and they are raising day by day They don't pain aur itching Pls advise.

Doctor anti Rabies vaccination schedule of my niece is  4 dose intradermal Day 0 3 7 28 prescribed by doctor and till now she took 2 anti rabies vaccine Day 0 and Day 3 and her 2 vaccine is due ( Day 7 and Day 28) But today again a street dog scratch her ankle with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound to do now? Should she have to Re-start anti Rabies vaccine from Day 0 or she need to take any extra anti Rabies vaccine dose?
