My babe is 1 month old and he is regularly crying from 2 days we go to doc and doc give medicines domxtal, boninson, milk of magnesia but it doesn't work and mother is feeding regularly what should I do plz suggest

My 4 + year old daughter passes blood sometimes in her stool..and it's not regular but sometimes..she doesn't feel any pain while passing or whatsoever..neither it's her stool are that hard that it might rupture some nerve along it..but this has been happening to her sometime now..can I please be advised the reason for it and what should be done..is it alarming?

My 7 months daughter is weak from past 2 days, she is dull, and her body is shivering when she get up from sleep. From 2 days she was having fever and caugh, so I have started Colpol drops, but now she is looking more weak and shivering
