My daughter was having fever for first 3 days and it was upto 100c. We gave febrinil and everytime fever reduced to normal. There was no temperature on 4th day Today is 5day and we just measured the temperature and it is 99.2. What should we do? Do we need to do any tests?

Sir/Mam My Daughter 3.7 years old  , weight 12.94 kgs , is having stomach issues, she was having stomach ache since evening. after some time she vomited what ever she had in lunch. and now she is vomiting water. she is not accepting any solid or liquid except plain water. now the stomach ache has subsided. i have given her Neopeptine in the evening . but i guess that also she couldn't keep inside her and threw up. what should i do now?

My baby is 4 & 1/2 months old. His birth weight was 2.75kg and current weight is 6kg. I'm worried about his habit of sleeping on right side because of which his back side of head has become flat on right side and round on left. So how to overcome this as due ro this he also keeps his neck bent more towards right shoulder.
