Me and my 4months old baby girl has sneezing and running nose...should I give her paracetamol or if I take cetrizine will that help through breast feeding...she is on breast feeding only..no other issues

My 1 month old baby keeps making grunting noise like clearing her throat. She also cried during feeding today. Is this a sign of reflux? If yes, how to manage it?
