CBC report before and after COVID

Hello, My baby tested +ve for COVID on 19th jan.however CBC details are like below after medication and recovered from COVID. She is normal now. The below results over normal range will impact on child health?Pls advise especially on platelet count range NEUTROPHILS. 39,% Lymphocytes 54% Platelet count. 5.12lakh/cumm Ferritin range after recovered from COVID (CMIA TECHNOLOGY) 48.8 ng/ml Ferritin range before COVID(CLIA) 78.6 ng/ml
