My son's posterior frontanelle is still open at 2.5 months of age. At 14 days from birth, his TSH=5.37, T3 = 4.38, T4 = 1.39. What should be my course of action from here on ?

My baby has completed 4 months. After  covivid vaccine of my wife's breast milk very less and baby  frequently asking breast feeding , but not sufficient breast milk. Please suggest which is best milk ( formula milk or cow milk)  along with breast milk.

Hello Team... Hope any doctor can help me.. I have 2 months old baby.. I had a cesarean operation. No proper milk for my baby on top of it which my baby does hold my breast.. if i force him he will sleep but will not have milk from me. My milk supply is very low my breast are soft and empty all the time... I am taking lacatre tabs daily 3 used galact granules 1 bottle now using lactonic granules Also maintaining food which helps in milk increase in milk supply like garlic almonds fenugreek seeds cumin water etc.. am still not getting enough milk Please suggest
