My 9months old baby is sweating a lot. When she sleeps or when she is breastfeeding she is sweating too much. Anything to worry ?? Please help me

My baby is 3 months old, having nasal congestion since long and i have been using drops but she was feeding well and was active uptil yesterday. from today morning her feeding is reduced too much 3:30am 100ml 4:30am 50 ml 6am 50 ml 10am 50ml instead of 100 ml every 3 hours shes taking less amount shes formula fed and due to constipation i recently changed from lactogen to similac advance (pead reccom) which she has been drinking from 3 days. PLS HELP WHAT COULD BE ISSUE

My 4 months baby has white spots within her lips... It seems it dosent hurt her.. What is it? What shud I do??? My fly suggesting to apply glycerine is it ok???

My baby is 6month 7days old.birthweight 2.7kg,now weight 8kg.he was exclusively bm baby till 6month.Now I have started giving him homemade food like mashed carrot,potato,rice,banana etc.one solid daily.but yesterday my paediatrician recommended to give cerelac rice or wheat twice a day.but I decided to give home cooked rice in the morning and packaged cerelac wheat in the evening. will that be ok?
