Child Health Issues

Hello, My son 5 years old  , 20 kg weight shivering and Mild temperature around 99.8. Calpol 250 .. 5 ml  given just.. Anything else for shivering n calm sleep ?

My 1 month old baby having nasal congestion and cough for 2 weeks. Doctor prescribed ascoril ls 0.3 ml?. But in the pharmacy they gave kufril ls and told both are same. Does both the medicines are same. Is it safe for baby?

My son is 7 months old with 7.2kg weight.We started solids to him with idli uggu and followed by apple puree.Suddenly he is passing green stool from 2 days.So I have stopped everything and on only breastfeeding. Before every breastfeeding am giving colicaid.please anyone let me know the reason and how to overcome by any reasons..And I didn't eat any green vegetables.He started with teething as well.

My 3months 15days old daughter started tonoferon drops from last 1week. I did notice he poop contains few stains (spots) of brownish red discharge. Is it because of the medicine. She is comfortable pooping n no other discomfort. Pls help.

My son is 9 year old. He is suffering from navel pain since last Friday. Ultra scan is normal. Urine routine is normal. Two or three times he is suffering from moderate navel pain up to 30 to 45 minutes.

My 4 yr old son, do not inform about the motions. He will dirt the clothes but dont bother to inform. His motions are not tight at all and still he goes to bathroom 2 to 4 times. What should i do so that he starts telling. I tried to talk to him about it,i scold him, even hit him few times. And still no progress in telling. Please help. Bow he start telling me about it.
