My wife is occassionally cough today I get x-ray report say mild haziness in lower lung Report is attached Please suggest physician day normal

I'm having cough only at night.from 2 months..morning I'm absolutely fine without anything...night I experience cough with throat irritation for sometime...or else I'm absolutely fine...what is the reason...I don't smoke or drink alcohol...

Doctor I am getting light brown streak sputum when I clear my throat from last 2 months. The colour of the sputum is white with light brown streak. My X-ray report says that I have hyper inflated lungs with increase in bronchovascular marking and my CT chest with contrast is totally normal. I have done sputum culture also and it's normal. What could be the reason for this? The sputum which I get when it dries appear dark brown otherwise when it is wet it appears light brown . Is this blood in sputum? I have attached the picture when wet and when dry. Please tell

Doctor from last 3 months I am getting sometimes light brown streak sputum, and yellow sputum when I wake up in the morning everyday. P.S I don't have cough but I have to clear my throat at regular intervals .I have Otherwise the whole day normal transparent sputum and sometimes it comes with light brown streaks. Doctor I have done 2 months back Ct chest with contrast , genexpert , sputum culture. But all were normal. My chest X-ray 2 months back was mild increase in brochovascular markings and mild hyper inflated lungs. I have tried allergic medicines too and also antibiotics but this sputum is still coming and everyday yellow sputum only once in the morning and sometimes brown streaked sputum during the day. Yesterday I have done a chest X-ray by my self and it is again showing mild increase in brochovascular markings and mild hyper inflated lungs. Doctor what could be the reason for me getting this sputum ? P.S I don't have any other symtoms .

Hello doctor recently since 1 month having dyspnea and constantly blocked nose and post nasal drainage ...ecg, cbc and X-ray seems fine ..by any chance can I have a chronic inflammatory condition causing this like Wegener granulomatosis...my aunt has it ...my anca test done last year was negative ...my current esr is 15...I am worried is there any possibility that I can have it
