Is this bronchitis or bronchiectasis

Since i have a history where I was misdiagnosed for a stomach issue by a doctor. I usually end up having 2 opinions about every test just to be sure. Recently i am having a lot of phlegm clearing throat, 2 episodes of blood streaked mucus, cough is no more there however clearing throat is there.. no breathing issues, no fever, no night sweats.. some insomnia problems have started since a week though.. So, coming to the point i showed 1 pulmonologist who ordered an xray and after seeing he said it's BRONCHIECTASIS.. however the 2nd doctor said it's Bronchitis and not the other one. Just to be 100% sure, I want to know what it is exactly? I have attached the xray below. And also, both the doctors advised me for HRCT though. But i am worried about radiation risks. In 2021, 2023, and recently due to bad exposure on one xray i had to do chest xray twice. So overall its 4times, and additionally hrct has a lot of radiation so m scared.. Please guide

Bronchiectasis

Is this permanent or reversible if caught in early stages? How is it going to affect my life in the long run? I am just 27 and this got diagnosed. I understand i need to take more precautions and also be under medications for excaberations, but did this happened cause I delayed my chest imaging for a month and hence this happened? I was scared of cancer and as a result i kept on delaying the scans for 2-3 weeks. I regret that. How serious is this disease and if it is due to infective cause, after treatment is it reversible? Can I go to gym? And what vaccinations should I take annually!
