I'm addicted to smoking. I'm unable to quit. I'm facing severe consequences of smoking like chest pain, high bp, tiredness etc. I'm desperate to quit. I need help

Best way to quit is to for deaddiction counselling Additionally whenever you get the urge to smoke keep carrot sticks or nicotine gum handy. There are certain medications also that can be tried

U will need to be started on anti-anxiety meds. Approach a pulmonologist for prescription and also take nicotine gun 2 mg whenever u get cravin
