Seek Smoking cessation. Currently on 75mcg Thyronorm and under depression since 5 years. Obese,massive hair loss. Cant get rid of the habit. Please suggest a way best to quit smoking.

Go for good counselling to a psychiatrist, smoking cessation must be started by nicotine replacement therapy like nicogumz, and tablets, before that u must be completely examined.
