Effect of smoking on me
Simce last 8 months i have smoked 43 cigarettes. How much harm would have been Caused until now. I have quit smoking now but i wanna know that i how much harm has been Caused until now. Please tell whether i am safe or not. Would i caught some disease? Please tell as soon as possible.

If you had quit smoking thn no need to worry, as the year goes Ur lung function will come to normal, do a pulmonary function test and see the level of effect. No need of any treatment.
