Since nicotine gums and sprays haven't helped, medications like varenicline or bupropion, along with behavioural counselling, may be beneficial. Please consult me for an individualised smoking cessation plan and appropriate treatment. With the right support, quitting is achievable.

Since nicotine gums and sprays haven't worked after ten years of smoking, prescription tablets that work differently often help more, since they reduce cravings and withdrawal without nicotine itself. They need a doctor's prescription and some monitoring though.
Next Steps
Please see a physician or visit a smoking cessation clinic, who can assess which tablet option suits you and check for conditions that would rule one out. Combining it with counselling or a structured quit program usually works better than medicine alone.
Health Tips
Let your doctor know if you have a history of depression, seizures, or heart problems, since that affects which option is safe for you.
