Chest & Breathing Problems

I am taking this treatment from 5months for Pulmonary TB. Initially I was advised Akurit 4-5 tab daily.After taking 11 days my liver enzymes detoriate.. Than from 12 days onwards..per day Levofloxacin 1000mg Ethambutol 1200mg Rifampicin 600 mg Pyrodoxine10 mg.. Than again after 10 days again lft deteriorated much further.. Than doctor stopped Rifampicin and added clofazimine 100 mg per day.. Than after 1.5 months again restarted Rifampicin by stopping clofazimine.Initially by AFB bacili was negative. Bronchoscopy - MTB detected very Low.Rif- non resistant. Gene xpert rift-negative after 7 days of ATT.. After two months of total treatment Chest CT scan got full clear.CRP less than 3.Now doctor told me to continue another 1 month and stop As I have responded well and all my parameters including scan is good. My question is as i couldn't continue standard regime of ATT.My treatment was done with modified regime and total duration will be 6.5 months..Will be there any chance of relapse?

My AFB stain negative at diagnosis Gene xpert sputum -negative Very small two cavity at lungs initially. After two months Lungs ct scan revealed clear lungs and no cavity in lungs. Doctor told me total treatment will last 6.5 months. Initially couldn't continue akurit 4 for two months .. Changed regimen to below for Liver problem Levofloxacin 1000 Ethambutol 1200 Rifampicin 600(23 days total initially) Clofazimine 100(50 days initially). Current regimen ( January 14 to April 19) Rifampicin 600 Levofloxacin 1000 Ethambutol 1200 Pyrodoxine -20 5 month treatment over Now Along with above drugs again added clofazimine 100 for 1more months. I am completely fine now.. Will my TB relapse in future? As I saw in Google that non adherence to drugs in intensive period cause relapse? Altogether if i say Total dose I will take till 6.5months Rifampicin 600-154 capsule Will this be sufficient or will relapse in future? I am worried? As per doctor no TB germs at my lungs now as per CT scan

Today i was massaging my chest (between part) and now i feel like the chest is tight! Worried! What might be the reason?

Doctor I get sticky light yellow sputum only once early morning everyday while brushing my teeth and whole day I don't get any sputum nor any cough. Doctor I don't have any problem like cough, breathing problems . Doctor is this normal ?

Been a smoker on & off for last 8 years, and a regular one for last one year. I've been trying to quit smoking. Lately I've been experiencing difficulty in taking a full breath and have some tightness in the chest on the left side. I'm dreadful of it and anxious that it's my heart! Googling the symptoms has worsened my anxiety even more. Feels like I can't expand my lungs fully. My nose feels congested all the time. History : 28 M , overweight , ht: 5ft8inch. Was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver last year.

Can i get a confirmation that the report just confirms Bronchitis only Or is there something else. Symptoms: Dry Cough mainly while sleeping at night

Sometimes i feel shortness of breath even with mild exertion.sometimes this " lack of air"  feeling last for 10 mins.my heart rate varies from 44 to 160 at min & max and 60 to 130 on regular days.we checked cardiologist and did ecg, ech, angio and the conclusion was myocardial bridging in MID LAD and mild CHD. I have orthostatic hypotension.blood pressure sometimes goes from 130/90(mostly)  to 160/115(sometimes) I get cough if i eat any oily food.But i dont have constant wheezing or asthma but sometimes i get this urge to cough after some food or some temperature change.lot of sweating when compared to.other people and severe muscle aches and joint pain.we did regular medical tests for my thyroid for which i am taking medine for over 20 years.but thyroid is in normal range.i have attach the report summary which are out of range in the blood report. Should i check for any lung related issue. kindly guide me for test if any.

In my right lung feeling feverish I am taking two time  deraphyllin and taking two times tiova inhalers but feeling hot in right lung please help me what can I do please help me

My dad had diagnosed pneumonia from last two months. He has dry cough sometimes and shortness of breath sometimes. His pulse rate also drops to 40 to 45 Is pneumonia is cause of slow heart rate and shortness of breathe ??

My wife has been suffering from a cough for the last few months. Just yesterday we performed CBC ,ESR and Chest PA xray. The Chest Xray Report says Bilateral Dense Hila. The cough once starts it goes on continuously for a few minutes or hours especially at night time which causes sleepless nights. What can be done and what medicines can be taken?
