Phlegm vomit for last 3 days.
I have vomitting for last 3 days every morning with lot of cough coming out. There is also pain in abdomen because of that. I have sinusitis issues since January 2023 and Wheezing since Jan 2022. I am a diabetic since sept 2018. Need corrective medication.

If the wheezing is not controlled, it can cause uncontrollable cough and make u vomit after a number of cough. Abdomen pain with vomiting can also be due to gastritis.
Need to do a chest Xray and spirometry (lung function test)
Meanwhile
T. Raciper 40mg twice daily for 5 days
T. Acebrophylline 100 mg twice daily for 7 days
(Symptomatic treatment only)
Need to optimise your inhaler after function test

kindly connect with your chest xray..will guide you accordingly..you may be having obstructed airways due to excess phlegm..need your history of smoking, allergen exposure too
