Too much Phlegm
Recently quit smoking after smoking for 10 years on and off. I can feel phlegm at the back of the throat all the time and sometimes it also comes out of the nose in the morning. It's mostly colored in a very light green shade. And my nose feels blocked sometimes. Is it a withdrawal symptoms, sinusitis?
