My nostrils become dry and feel like choked, even gasping air through mouth is not giving much of a relief. But once I get up and keep my chin-up the issue subsides. Blood seen phlegm

Hi, I have been diagnosed with TB last year and have been recovered after 6months of medication (in Jan). Sometimes I do see small drops of blood in my sputum in the morning. Is this an unusual or alarming state? Should I be concerned? Amount of blood seen is very little though. With weather change or dust, I do get little cough for sometimes and gets better later. My weight has been 57 for a long time now (2months). No change or slight increase noticed. Temperature has been normal. My chest pain has got far better but not 100% back to normal. My doc says it will take time to heal. Please advice.
