Chest & Breathing Problems

Female, Age 63, per doctor's diagnosis based on X-ray: acute exacerbation of COPD. Medicine going on for past 1 month. Yesterday, patient went through HRCT scan film attached. Report Etiology: 1. Mild mosaic attenuation in bilateral lungs. 2. Mild bilateral apical pleural thickening. 3. Pleuro-parenchymal bands in left upper and lower lobe- s/o post infection sequalae. What do these findings mean? Is this serious? Patient is fine. Mild cough only during sleep. Not in day time. Is this COPD or some allergic disease? Thank you for your suggestions.

My father aged 83, suffering from Parkinson's disease.  He suffering  oftenly problem  like wheezing sound, cough,  sneezing.  Last few days he is suffering  from these problems. Doctor given Ventidox m, duolin +budecort mixture twice daily . Is it enough for his problem? How long can i continue respules? Spo2 level shows 91 to 98.

Hi doctor now my son is 6 years old active only. upto 3 year not having any problem from 4th he started wheezing sound in chest . 4 to 5 th years used inhaler levolin budicort if not used medicine then 15 days mild cough start. from 5 to now no problem not used any medicine. now again started wheezing in chest mild cough.. for how many years like this..what should I do docter.?

I had corona in the first wave since then I have breathing problems little not much and not taking any breathing medicines or pump And I have a sleeping problem also So I tried yogurt at night and it was helping me to fall asleep I bought yogurt from a nearby  kirana store which was kept in the fridge Can I consume curd everyday for sleep Does it increase my breathing problems

For more than a month I sneeze quite a few times right after waking up every morning, some days the sneezing continues for the whole day. I also feel light wheezing in my chest sometimes, in order to clear the wheezing I intentionally cough and when I cough, sometimes light yellowish phlegm chunks come out. I also feel the urge to clear my throat all the time. I also breathe a little heavy after climbing stairs or after doing something that takes a little effort.

How to remove pleural thickening with X-ray and how to cure pleural thickening? Is there any medicine?

CO2 level is increased to 72 but on keeping on ventilator the level is coming in control. Oxygen level decreased

Hello doctor ...I have asthma from 15 years but from past 8 years complete remission...suddenly my asthma is worsening and not improving...I have to use pump twice a day and still have dyspnea...I always have blocked nose with no cold..my X-ray and cbc are normal but not understanding what's causing my dyspnea..can I have a possibility of having vasculitis like Churg Strauss or wegeners ...what test should I get to confirm what's happening other than that I have no fever ,weighloss or loss of appetite..please help doctor
