Hi, I need to consult with a non judgemental doctor who will give me an honest opinion about some of my lifestyle choices after being diagnosed with TB 20 days ago. I need them to understand that I have received generic answers and typical answers which I am obviously aware about. I have probably read about TB more than anyone at this point. But I have something coming up and need to understand the risks of certain actions. I am also have throat ache even though my cough have reduced immensely and I haven't smoked or had alcohol in a month. My sputum smear went from high to medium and my LFT was good. I dont mind paying for a session if I am going to get an unfiltered opinion. I am not here to sue anyone... Just want honest answers so I can tread accordingly. Looking forward to hearing from someone. Thank you.

Doctor I coughed up sputum today in the morning and the colour of the sputum was brown. But when the sputum dried why it's looking like this? Is this blood?? Please see doctor once . When the sputum was wet that time it was totally brown but it changed its colour to this after it dried . Is this blood? Thanks

I am suffering with fever followed by heavy green sputum from mouth and from nose, doctor prescribed me to take Azithromycin 500mg once in morning for six days and bilastine at night, the condition is improved but still light cough with mucus seen, please suggest whether I can continue Azithromycin for another 4 days completing 10 tablets or shall I stop and suggest how long I can continue bilastine, now fever has come to normal

I have shortness of breath and i feel tightness in the chest. It becomes worse when i have cold even if i walk i get shortness of breath
