Heaviness in my chest
Heaviness in my chest, when I burp swallow food come in my throat. Cough in my throat. Also pain in throat. Some time pain in chest but I'm not clear pain in chest or breast because I'm breastfeeding mother. What is this please explain.

Mostly seems like acidity take pan dsr tablet once in morning (30 mins b4 meals) and raciraft syp 10ml three times a day ( 20mins post meals)
