Suggestion for constant cough

My 70-year-old father has had nearly constant coughing for the past two months, worse at night. Although it improves briefly 2-3 times, it returns every 3-4 days, especially with weather changes. He's tried antibiotics like Novamox and Azithromycin with no improvement. Should he seek further diagnosis or explore alternative treatments? To be noted no apetitle or weight loss so far. It's seems to be more weather related, but still looking for opinions...

Xray report and voice breaking

My father's voice was cracking since a couple of days for about 15 days when we took him to the ENT Specialist. There the doctor said his left vocal chord has paralysed to some extent and he needs some vocal exercise. He also suggested xray and this is the report that we got. Do you think there's anything to be concerned about? Also to add, he recently had a massive heart attack and had a stent. Can someone please help me to understand if there's any new concern we need to worry about for the lungs?
